If that is the only debt you have it may not be worth it. Bankruptcy laws have changed making it very hard to totally eliminate your debt.
They are making people make payments and or sell off their assets.

depending on your financial situation but if your employed all the b/k court is going to do is set a repayment plan or even deny your application.
Best and only option is to discuss this matter with a real attorney and not a bunch of fake internet ones.
