  2. ok if i learned anything about bk from answers it is — seek the advise of a lawyer — the firest visit is free and he will tell you if you are even able to file — no one can answer this question with the info given!!!!

  3. Nothing…assuming you continue to make payments on the car. If you stop paying, then they can repossess it. You don’t have to include your car payments in your bankruptcy if you don’t want to.
